Pros

The job provided flexible hours. Location was great downtown and easily accessible via public transportation. Free food.

Cons

Management is non-communicative and kept to themselves. They didn't talk to you unless something went wrong. You work as an individual and the only team building was between coworkers who got along.

Advice to Management

Improve team building, help everyone feel appreciated and provide opportunities for growth

    Pros

No experience needed so good for those starting out. They promote/hire internally frequently so there are opportunities for growth. Flexible schedule.

    Cons

Schedule changes weekly and can fluctuate from a lot of hours per week to none, which makes for an unreliable paycheck. The job does not require you to have comprehensive knowledge of what you're doing, only the ability to follow directions. They hire college kids, who depending on the day or their mood can care a lot or not so much about the job. This also means high employee turnover.
