Pros – *Great, intelligent people
*Fun projects
*Amazing opportunity to scratch your creative thinking itch

Cons – *Technologists are seen as support and not part of the creative process
*Technologists have no opportunities for leadership at all - even at the director level
*Cultural lack of understanding how to leverage technical creativity

Advice to Senior Management – It is true that frog is a "creative" company which means it can be led by "creative leadership". This does not mean that an archaic industry label of "creatives" is synonymous with designer. Value all disciplines and find the right means to provide opportunity. You might also try bringing new blood into executive management. The leadership team dates back to at least the early 90s. A creative organization means something very different today.
