I have been working at hCentive full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Ability to be flexible with working from home on ocassion. Hours are flexible but are heavily watched. free lunch every day.

    Cons

Leadership, Starting Salary is bad for younger new folks. Onshore offshore model is disfunctional

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Incentivise your employees with things they don't have to pay for later. When I joined I basically had free health care. Then all of a sudden I had to take a $300 a month pay cut because someone decided that we needed worse less personalized benefits.

If you are going to offer reimbursement for education, dont force me to work here for 2 years afterwards.
