Former Employee – worked at hawkeye

Pros – As places go, it's pretty okay. If you can b.s. your way out of a paper bag and know how to kiss up effectively, you're golden.
If not, good luck to you!

Cons – Extremely disorganized with account "service" order takers rather than account "management." Creative directors do not seem to earn their paychecks as compared to the creative worker bees who think of most of the ideas and do all the work. THEN the CDs take all the glory and credit.

Advice to Senior Management – DO something!
Get out of your high posts and DO some actual work.
