Pros

Low six figure income, the digital products can work if closely managed by the rep. Bonus structure will keep your attention and focus on your sales. District Manager was the best I've seen in 15 years as account executive.

Cons

No opportunity for promotion. 4 years with the company at the highest level (Presidents Achievement) and no raise. Socialistic approach to career advancement. To many meetings and time waisting task that take away from an Account Executives two true responsiblities (client relationships, and increased revenues) Mixed messages on focus from what is heard at the corporate level and then required by GM at the local level.

Advice to Management

If a market is hemorrhaging money and employees for four years look at the highest level of local management and make a change. Leadership at that level will either help you achieve your corporate goals, or it will kill company slowly through lost revenues and lost talent (that can't be replaced)

    Pros

    Good training. Good place for someone right out of College that needs to be MOLDED.

    Cons

    Low pay. Poor commission plan. Micro-managing; unrealistic goals set to achieve; management doesn't care about employees; not very diverse (people). Not a place for advancement (CHURN and BURN).

    Advice to Management

    Bad business model that needs a COMPLETE overhaul!

    * Awesome variety of products and solutions for our clients
    * Cutting edge digital solutions
    * Leaders lead by example- in the field helping you prospect and close sales
    * Strong compensation and benefits package
    * Uncapped earnings

    Cons

    Perception ahead of reality on demise of print products- must overcome.

    Advice to Management

    *Provide state of the art sales tools that have been projected to the sales team ASAP
    *Streamline order processing and fulfillment
