Great people - That's what makes you stay for years! I have worked at Yell/hibu for 3 years now.


*To many middle management that don't do much
* Manages and group leaders stuck in the print past - not understanding the digital world we are trying to break into.
* Not enough focus on digital world
* Rush new products out to get money into the business before they are fully 100% tested
* Do not have the equipment/tools to complete role
* NO money spend on infrastructure for years - Systems & process close to breaking point and manual in parts
* To slow to change

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in better infrastructure and get rid of middle management that don't know what they are doing - blagging there way through. Get out of the print Yell world and fully immerse yourselves in all things digital.
