Pros

At its peak, i2 was one of the best places to work because of the peers you were working with. You had some of the smartest people in the supply chain solutions industry working there. i2's success was its brain power

Cons

Senior Management Focus -- i2 lost its focus when they decided to plunge into other areas like CRM where it did not at all have any base and ended up squandering a lot of talent and money, lost its footing in the SCM space
Favoritism -- promotions were not by merit always and one had to constantly complain before you got any salary raises or promotions
Career Advancement -- On the solutions/technical track, even when you got promoted, your responsibilities hardly changed. The company did not have a great structure for people to mature professionally
