Pros

The real reward of the work here is that you made a difference in the fortunes of your customers - literally.

Cons

Mgmt is clueless on how to use the talent that exists within the workforce

Advice to Senior Management

The company has an incredible group of employees. The company strategy has been "Drift along until ..." but going back to the basics 'Take Care of the Customers" that Ken Sharma pushed would help drive some blood through this zombie of an organization.
