Current Employee – been working at iCore

Pros – iCore has great room for growth in your career. Given the right manager, they really want to see you grow and promote from within. Unlike most companies, the chance for a promotion and raise happen sooner than you think. The company is very sales and commissioned based so you get what you work for. Work hard and it will pay off. People here are young, energetic and welcoming, and it's easy to get along with almost everyone.

Cons – iCore is a fast-paced environment to work in, technology is ever changing so if you can't keep up with it, this isn't for you. iCore is still growing and expanding so not all processes have been formalized.

Advice to Senior Management – Management still has room to grow as well as processes get formalized. They keep their doors open for questions and advice.
