Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice would be, as we cotinue to grow, maintain the open communication and high-visibility environment we have today. Training and development programs are also key elements for growth and I am glad to see that we have made this a huge initiative for 2013. The strong infrastructure we are continuing to develop today, will help support our growth in the future!

I have been working at iCore full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

-Visibility (your work counts and is seen)
-Company growth opportunity (company is looking to expand)
    -Financial stability
    -Training/certification programs
-Nice facility & location (heart of Tysons Corner)

    Cons

iCore's corporate culture is not for everyone.

I listed "visibility" as a pro but it can be a "con" for others. You have to be accountable for your work and cannot let anything slip. There is never a slow moment at iCore, so you always have to be prepared (have reports ready, be quick to answer questions).

Again..iCore is not for everyone. If you want a 9-5 job, iCore is not for you. You have to be willing to work until the job is done. It is good because top performers are heavily rewarded but bad if you just want to do bare minimum.
