Pros

informal office environment, friendly and approachable management, cool manager who can handle tough sitations with calm, seniors willing to learn from mistakes and make corrections.
  ineffective , misfit people being asked to quit, bad for them but it was needed

    Pros

    While opportunities and talent existed 2 years back, sadly its all coming to an end. Absolutely no reason exists to stay back or for anybody new to join

    Cons

    1. Hire and fire policy: The management prides in its ability to pay and pick talent right off the streets with "Money". The same talent is kicked out in a span of 2-3 months for lack of performance but in reality the reason being the fact the the organization is going downhill and are not able to afford them. This is rampant across the mid and senior management level cadres.

    2. Blackmail: While quitting by self is an altogether different story. Blackmail under the pretext of not issuing experience certificate is quite rampant. Ex-colleagues had to undergo a horrendous experience to get their relieving letter and in some cases few letters read, terminated from service for unprofessional etiquette etc thereby spoiling the careers of many.

    3.The extra affair: Certain VP and SVP seem to be more interested in the "female" quotient at work and believe in taking "work" home. It is not uncommon to see favors being thrown out in terms of awards and new project positions by these VP/SVP to these individuals.

    Absolutely no ethics or integrity. Another Tehelka in the making.

    4. The project saga: It has been 6 months since any new project has kick started. The entire sales team quit due the firing of the ex-sales head. Currently the organisation is facing an uphill task in getting new projects with the kind of valueless offering they posses. Existing projects are all stuck mid way due to the incapability to deliver due to which adding new logos have become next to impossible.

    5.The work woes: With the recent firing of 100+ resources, it is expected for all resources to work extra hours and take up the meaningful tasks such as delivery related guys write email to clients and do cold calling for new projects and be a part of preparing decks/ppt while their expertise is at technical implementation level

    6. The LALA mentality:The organisation is headed by 2 individuals and is a typical lala based company. No open door policy exists. if anyone decides to question any move, he/she is either immediately terminated or shifted to new department.

    7. The non-existent HR: The only time you would see HR in action is during the recruitment stage after which they would give you a complete miss.

    7.The fresher quotient: With everybody deciding to quit, the entire place is run by freshers. the leadership ratio that is supposed to be 1:7 across industry would be 1:50 resulting in new experienced hires quiting immediately upon joining looking at the teams composition and the inability to perform.

    8. The 100+ Counting figure: 100+ resources were fired in a single day (Mid October) quoting planning failure, performance and capability issues. While constant firing is still going on, the affected parties are not provided with the 3 months notice period compensation and any questioning results in blackmailing along the lines of experience letter.

    9. So whats happening: Every individual especially the VP and SVP cadets are busy searching for jobs elsewhere looking at their activity level in linkedin and are definitely looking at greener pastures. Employees are asked to quit on a day to day basis looking at the rising costs.The collapse is inevitable, the only question is when?

    Stay far away. You are better off elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

    Kindly stop hiding under the veal of wrongful planning that led to the firing of 100+ resources in a single day. Collectively your so called team does not have the experience to take us to the next level.

    Take responsibility and step down now. Let some professionals take charge and run this organization with ethics and integrity.
