I have been working at iCrossing

Pros

Pay is alright and some big name clients hire icrossing as their agency. Stable work/life balance.

Cons

Politics. Analysts who get promoted talk their way up and take advantage of their relationships, all the while doing poor quality work and throwing their colleagues under the bus. Sniping at the analyst level.

I have been working at iCrossing full-time

    Pros

    + The benefits are competitive.

+ The work/live balance is reasonable for an ad agency Your mileage may vary depending on the nature of the client assignment you are handling.

    Cons

    - Recurring job cuts and account losses at iCrossing have employees fearing for their jobs and questioning the future of the company. Key personnel are taking matters into their own hands and jumping ship, making iCrossing's environment even more unstable.

    - iCrossing senior management lacks direction and does not inspire confidence five months after the company's CEO was replaced.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees like people, not disposable assets.
