Politics, politics, politics in just another agency

ProsPay is alright and some big name clients hire icrossing as their agency. Stable work/life balance.

ConsPolitics. Analysts who get promoted talk their way up and take advantage of their relationships, all the while doing poor quality work and throwing their colleagues under the bus. Sniping at the analyst level.

    Pretty Good for Mid-Tier Digital Agency
