Sad Agency with depressing office culture which lacks motivation and creativity

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) San Francisco, CA

Pros- Good learning experience when starting out (or when fresh from college)
- There are some genuine people in the SF office, although the office leadership is a disappointment

Cons- Extremely depressing, non-invigorating, non-motivating and non-creative office environment
- Office leadership does not care about those doing the work
- Little sense of "belonging", little sense of pride in the company

Advice to Senior ManagementCare for your employees. You have to bring an atmosphere to the office which inspires creativity, motivation and success.
