    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    - Fun team, friendly people. - About once a year most departments get to go to a conference somewhere in the States all expenses paid. Its fun, lots of free time and you get to visit somewhere. - Learn a lot about report writing. - Reports take months to complete, rarely does anyone make such intricate and detailed reports.

    Cons

    - Horrible hours. You will work night shifts. - Little opportunity for growth. - The boss needs to learn to be more open to ideas and criticism - A lot of cold calling. - Method of data gathering does not seem that efficient

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees more. There are great minds that work here. Most of the staff is incredibly intelligent and very over qualified. I think if more got put on the staffs hands this company would take off.

    Positive Outlook

    Pros

    - There is a progressive base salary now, as I heard, which ranges from $30K to $70K based on experience and ability. - A generous bonus structure with uncapped commissions. - Excellent colleagues and supervisors. - Wonderful interaction with dream companies to sell to.

    Cons

    - Need to work hard to make money. Six-figures are within reach for anyone who is focused and puts the time and effort in. - Sales training can be improved. - The CRM can be more intuitive

    Advice to Management

Need to better manage the new sales reps. More structured training can go a long way.
