Current Employee – been working at iGATE Patni full-time for more than a year

Pros – 1. Plenty of opportunity to learn.
2. Work culture not too demanding.
3. Indian festivals are all celebrated.

Cons – 1. Low payscales.
2. Politics and unprofessionalism in work culture.
3. Not enough trainings provided.

Advice to Senior Management – 1. Management MUST take measures to phase out unprofessionalistic attitude that prevails in the company.
2. Management MUST focus on interacting more with the employees and be aware of the challenges faced by them than just chalk out unrealistic targets.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
