    Lot of fun at work activities, a good start for freshers & good learning opportunity

    Cons

    Bad compensation, hard work is not appreciated- only smart workers can survive in the company.

    I have been working at iGATE full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    No late sitting. No weekend work pressure. Seniors are very helpful. Good office campus. You can attend various training on any technology if it is not part of your project.

    Cons

    I have not faced any bad situation till now.
