I worked at iLink-Systems full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Attempting to improve new hire processes
    Smart, friendly coworkers

    Cons

    General lack of communication
Management is too busy to let you know what is really going on, even when it is directly related to your job or position
    Cramped office space
I frequently was told not to worry about a question I asked when later it turned out to be important
Spent 6 weeks flipping through reference material while they were getting prepared to place me in my project. It was unsettling at the least to have coworkers and uppper management ask me about my project and have to tell them I'm still waiting to find out about it

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have a plan to get new hires involved from day one
Foster better communication between new hires and their managers

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
