    I have been working at iParadigms full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    No boiler room sales style environment. I feel a sense of pride, accomplishment and excitement about selling Turnitin and iThenticate. Great work-life balance and great benefits.
    Excited about the company future growth.

    Cons

    There are always challenges in any work environment especially in a quota driven Inside Sales Account Manager position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep exploring about adding new products to the iParadigms offerings in the future.I am proud to see the evolution of Turnitin over the years.

    I have been working at iParadigms full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Good work life balance. Coworkers are smart and have great sense of humor. Close to bart. Great benefits/bonus. On site massage.

    Cons

    Old/brittle technology. Poor communications. Promotion path is slow and poorly defined. Constant process change decreases velocity. Little professional development.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take ownership and make hard decisions. Invest in manager people skills -currently there is no training. Stop building new stuff and make the current system robust and reliable.
