Current Employee – been working at iPass

Pros – iPass is in an interesting space, and there are a number of huge initiatives going on in the Company - new products, new marketplaces to pursue, and new IT systems - if you are interested in career growth there is no shortage of projects to get involved in - my experience with the executive team, particularly Evan, is they are very approachable and candid

Cons – Not the place to be if you are a 9 to 5er - offices in Asia and UK mean flexibility in hours is the norm, not the exception

Advice to Senior Management – I've seen management step up frequency and quality of information updates to the employees over the last few years, but encourage even more - the employees who are here believe in the story, equip them to help complete it!
