I worked at iPass full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – If an employee is competent, strong, and working hard, he/she has some freedom to make a difference.
If an employee is willing to make extra efforts, there are plenty of opportunities to learn.
It's a good working environment in general.
Cons – Lack of strong leadership.
Too many legacy products/services are dragging employees' productivity.
High turn-over rate in certain departments indicates dis-satisfaction.
The struggling revenue might cause job in-stability.
Advice to Senior Management – Focus on the core competency of business. The bottom line is driving the revenue, profit and stock price up.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
