Pros

Laid-back environment, most of the people are great, fun culture, the company is growing

Cons

can be very political, salaries are not very consistent

Advice to Management

Increase pay after a couple years to reduce turn-over. It makes sense to pay people less right out of school, but the only way they will stick around is if they are receiving competitive pay.

    Pros

fantastic opportunity for a young person to come out of college and work with some seriously huge clients. Gives young people their first introduction to online marketing.

    Cons

Management range from: Young micro-management types that will throw their mother under a bus to move ahead. to totally passive-aggressive types that say one thing to your face - and do another when pushed by executives.

    Advice to Management

I could rant here a great deal - however as much as their HR group talk a good game about "listening to the employee" they dont back up what they say with action ... Hence anything you say as advice will fall on deaf ears.
