ProsLaid-back environment, most of the people are great, fun culture, the company is growing

Conscan be very political, salaries are not very consistent

Advice to Senior ManagementIncrease pay after a couple years to reduce turn-over. It makes sense to pay people less right out of school, but the only way they will stick around is if they are receiving competitive pay.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
