    Pros

    They leave you alone.
    Salary not bad, but there is no bonus.

    Cons

    There is not much in terms of team approach within the company. Each Consultant is on his/her own, even within the same client's project.
    Not a lot of projects available. If you project ends, or budget is cut, it is not likely you will be staying employed with them.
    They have you sign an agreement supposedly preventing you from working for their clients or competitors, although that is actually illegal in the state where they are incorporated (misdemeanor).
    They make you find your own travel and living arrangements, and provide a fixed monthly stipend (if the client pays for it) for T&L, which is often not enough. Better suited for people already living at a client site.

    Create a team approach and allow Consultants to collaborate on projects.
    provide incentives for Consultants to bring in leads for potential projects within the client.

    Pros

    Talking About Training: For US Recruiters at entry level is best. They Nourish you to become a good Sourcer.
    Working Environment: Family Environment. Employees feel home in all means.
    RPs are supportive. Offers good compensation and good facilities. I must say they are one of the best corporate in the region. Have A Direct Telecom and Life Science Engineering client.

    Cons

    Employees: Few bad communicators/ ill Managerial Skilled are there and unfortunate is that they might be leading
    Difference between a Client and Vendor is not known
    No Strong Sales team for client acquisition. Sales Team's focus on mass emailing than cold calling.
    Recruiters Hard Work evaporates in the air because majority of the resumes gets submitted through 1st,2nd and sometime via 3rd layer

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Push So Called Sales Team To Cold Calling which is believed to be the basics of this job.
    Acquire Clients Not Vendors. To Get Clients in less time it is suggested to Hire a Sales Guy with recent few years of Staffing and Augmentation Experience than Recruiters. Business outlook for the next 6 month is down if Sales Team is not buckling up.
