I worked at iSpace full-time (more than an year)

Pros

-Overall company is good. I loved working here
-Hikes are much better than other companies
-Senior Management (Ramesh , Milan,... ) are good
-For employees it is very flexible. Infact, few guys spend their 70% time on stock market portals

Cons

-Manager will take the credit of whole team effort
-No option to work from home (It is there just only on papers)
-No salary standards. Good hikes are given to only who warns with the resignation or some other company offer letter
-Few managers does not have any technical, domain and functional knwoledge which is big problem for developers always
-No transperancy or no result on developers feedback about their manager
-Accounting department behaves like as Income Tax department employees. They always implement odd rules and no much benefits given to the employees for saving tax.
-Unneccessary rumours spread fast.

I worked at iSpace full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

You will get a chance to work on entire software development life cycle.
Salaries are much better when compared to other companies.
    Office timings are very flexible.

    Cons

Most of them are non-technical managers who doesn't know anything other than asking for the status of work.
You need to learn everything by your own your project manager or leads won't have any knowledge.
Requirement documents aren't available at all

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recruit some highly skillful managers in place of old managers. Any one can do their work. There is nothing an employee can learn from them

I have been working at iSpace full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

It's recently acquired by iHealth USA

    Cons

Management at IT department got changed recently, they do not have the capability to manage the company.
Attrition rate is too high and the company is not at all bothering about it.
Designations and Salaries aren't given according to the experience.
Managers are too worst they are just like Statues. They don't have any technical knowledge. It's just like a permanent job for them. They just leaves work to the employees and sends an update to the client at the end of the day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change your attitude and speak to employees some times instead of interacting always with the leads and manager.
Don't change the company name again and again it got changed 4 time in the past 4 years

    Doesn't Recommend
