Pros

Very structured and streamlined company for a consulting organization. Paid my salary on time, communicated clearly what they can do and what they can't do. I was recommended by a friend to join them, I recommended two of my friends in the two years I was there.

Cons

Give us a couple of options for health insurance coverage.

Advice to Management

Meet the employees more often as we don't get to see management, the personal interaction will help.

    Pros

There is nothing to write about Pros.

    Cons

Worst company to join this company. This company spoils your career and treats you like "COOLIE". They want to just make money so once you join them they puts you on every single day on very bad spot to make money. Do not join this company. Once you join this company they start unnecessarly continuously torturing you every single day how they can get more money from you. They do not have any single direct client. They work on many layers

    Advice to Management

Don't spoil someone career for your shake to make money. Do not treat your consultant or employee like coolie. Treat them with respect and dignity. Provide your terms condition before someone join your company NOT after that. If someone join your company later on do not torture unnecessary to them. Create your proper marketing and recruiting team.
