Decent benefits. Good interior design. Decent out of office policy.

Cons

Unstable work environment with leadership that operates on the whim of the week (decentralize in groups, reform in teams, fire nearly 1 in 5 people). Certain disciplines are stretched so thin on some accounts, while others are idle. The company sells a great culture, work environment, and innovative work, but delivers on none of those any more. There is a culture is now just fear of when the next layoff will occur, and the company spends way too much time thinking about recycling and carpooling instead of fixing the delivery issues.

Advice to Senior Management

Management is seen as being insincere, especially at company meetings.
