It has a very cool office with lots of distractions.
it was a team oriented company so everyone felt like family
The management keeps the employees updated on changes
Cons
Did not have the time to enjoy all of those distractions because the work load was insane.
Some departments are more highly praised than others.
Advice to Senior Management
Some of the things you tell employees, they don't care about. Some of the things you don't tell employees, they really care about.
