Fun place to work. A lot of smart and creative people. Always looking for next big idea.
Cons
A lot of immaturity/inexperience in management, from senior level down to middle-management. Very poor fiscal management.
Advice to Senior Management
There is a lot of potential here. You need to critically evaluate your operations and cost structure.
