I worked at inVentiv Health full-time for more than a year

Pros – great benefits- company car, laptop, gas card, expense account. Excellent health , dental, vision bennies.

Cons – Its a short term deal. Look for a new job before your one or two year contract is over because there is little warning when they cancel the contract.

Advice to Senior Management – Don't keep people in the dark about the end of the contract
