ProsThe negotiated compensation is reasonable/good.

ConsBenefits are sub-standard and internal systems are antiquated/non-existence. Exacerbates already strenuous workload.

Advice to Senior ManagementIncrease benefits, technology and IT support, immediately.

    Overall a very bad company with poor management
