I have been working at inVentiv Health full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The only pro of working at inVentiv, is realizing you're not crazy. The bond of suffering with other employees is very strong.

    Cons

No one knows how to do their job. How to inform you about yours. The training is a joke. All of the employees in the iPAS center train themselves. You're instructed not to ask Clients any questions that will make inVentiv look bad, even if inVentiv does not know the answer. In this case, as is many, you will Never have any clear direction or know what is actually going on. If you try to be proactive, you will be fired. Don't even get me started on the professionalism there. Emails are composed in fragments, supervisors pass gas in front of you, and the blatant favoritism is unbelievable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get your act together and start behaving like the professionals you expect your employees to be.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
