Decent Place to Work

Art Director (Former Employee)
Westerville, OH

I worked at inVentiv Health full-time for more than 5 years

ProsGreat benefits–and job satisfaction a plus. They do try to get you to the job you desire and there is room for growth. A lot of little perks, like food and parties, but that is slowly going by the wayside now that it is a privately held company.

ConsThey use to care about patients and what good their work was doing for the people. Now, they just care about the bottom line, not their clients nor employees anymore.

Advice to Senior ManagementTo remain a top notch company, you need to acquire and retain top notch employees. They will be loyal to you, if you are loyal to them.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
