Current Employee – been working at j2 Global full-time for more than a year
Pros – Benefits are good, Often provides free food
Cons – Commission structure gets adjusted yearly to avoid sales rep to make more money. bonuses and accelerators were removed , but increased monthly goal, kept decelerators, call volume has decline to do customer service activating account, and sending sales calls over sea’s. morale is low with the exception of new reps which were not exposed to previous commission structures that allowed high earnings. Commission structure is awful, it does not allow you to take days off or vacation days because you will not hit goal and get docked 25 to 50 percent of pay
Advice to Senior Management – change commsion structure it will make a big difference, Reg sales reps would like to be take out occasionally like corp reps
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
