Pros

The people are great to work with and I've kept many as friends after I left.

Cons

Management's attitude towards employees could be described as mistrustful at best. It made for poor morale.

Advice to Management

Trust your employees and let them do their jobs.

    Pros

    Benefits are good, Often provides free food

    Cons

    Commission structure gets adjusted yearly to avoid sales rep to make more money. bonuses and accelerators were removed , but increased monthly goal, kept decelerators, call volume has decline to do customer service activating account, and sending sales calls over sea’s. morale is low with the exception of new reps which were not exposed to previous commission structures that allowed high earnings. Commission structure is awful, it does not allow you to take days off or vacation days because you will not hit goal and get docked 25 to 50 percent of pay

    Advice to Management

    change commsion structure it will make a big difference, Reg sales reps would like to be take out occasionally like corp reps

    Pros

    Very talented people who really care about the company's success. The company still does many extras for employees that were popular in the early days of dot coms. The work environment is fast-paced and exciting, lots of things going on all the time which is why there is always opportunities for you to show what you can do and contribute outside of just the job you were hired to do.

    Cons

    The compensation and benefits are not the worst but some improvement there could go a long way.

    Advice to Management

    Improve the communication to the rank and file so employees have a better understanding of the end goals for the multiple projects going on.
