    Good in the beginning, bad in the end

    Pros: Free yoga classes, discount, people in the stores Cons: Ask you to read books for personal development but it's really for work purposes and they do not… Advice to Senior Management: Everyone talks about development but when you have your own… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

    Pros: personal development; goal coaching; generally supportive environment; great for active lifestyle; a good alternative for those who are too active for desk… Cons: feels like a sorority; educators (sales associates) are expected to be very bubbly which can e exhausting; shoppers often don't want to be hassled, but… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
