    Pros

Employee appreciation weekends. Discounts are somewhat okay. That's really it.

    Cons

The management is childish. I felt like i was dealing with a bunch high schoolers. The hours are absolutely pathetic. Working for almost 2 years and I'm lucky to get maybe 9 hours in a week. Raises are out favoritism. Hours are given out of favoritism. District managers are rude. Constantly cutting hours. And when hours get cut there's even more favoritism involved. You constantly have to push fragrance. Even if the customers say no, you still have to keep on being annoying. The clothes are not worth the price they are retailed. And the thing i can truly say i hate the most is closing. Working at a target store is horrible. They basically want you to turn water into when it comes to closing. The store gets super messy. Customers make the store their trashcan. My advice is if a store is hiring near you, don't do it. They really are not worth your time.

    Advice to Management

    Grow up.
