Pros

The culture at Salesforce.com is amazing. Young, vibrant, and a lot of fun. Office is in a great location and they really do attempt to make it a nice working environment with great benefits and a competitive package. The training is exceptional and they give you many tools to be successful in future career endeavors.

Cons

The promotion path there can be very stagnant. As a fast growing organization there are continue new hires and the internal promotion path can take longer than what is originally discussed. Politics play a huge role in your career path. If your nto part of the "club" then your path is going to be a long one, even with success.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen more to what your employees concerns are. Instead of trying to avoid disasters and turn the naked eye, go address them before they blow up. There are a ton of people leaving for a reason and you should start to see what those are.
