Be warned if for some reason you cant handle it, leave. If you dont, you will be sought out by the powers that be and initimidated and bullied. SFDC is absolutely full of type A bullies especially on the non QA/RD side. If you are being bullied here, just leave. They will not stop and will eventually get to you no matter what you do. So if you arent sleeping or have trouble getting things done, in the end its not worth it, even in this economy.
