Challenging work environment. Constantly churning out products that are actually used. Surrounded by smart people with big egos (which is not good always i.e the ego part)

Cons

Highly political environment. Contributions are not always rewarded.Sometimes managers contradict themselves within a day especially if it is around how promotions are handled
