    Pros

Deep line of products, Many great people to work with. Pretty good benefits package - health, 401K. Major industry player. Going to be around.

    Cons

Ever changing policies and comp plans (usually not for the better). Easy to get lost in the shuffle as it is a big company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to treat people more fairly on comp plans and commissions.

    Pros

    A subsidiary of International Paper.

    Cons

Lack of direction and void of leadership that understands the changing market place. Lots of lip service but no positive action. Revolving door at the top has crippled some segments of the business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Rebrand/rename the company and leverage the International Paper name to increase awareness of what your capabilities are. The current name does nothing for business. Invest in competent management talent. The fact that one particular division has failed to turn a profit in 11 years speaks directly to the fact that you don't understand the business that you profess to be in. Either commit or quit! Stop the revolving door of upper management and sales people and focus on the real issues that keep the company from reaching it's goals. (
