“Excellent company for exposure to cutting edge IT product development”
Current Employee – been working at youngsoft inc
Pros – YS seems to work very effectively with niche vendors like Liferay and Endeca, and both vendors offer a tremendous potential in the web development space, as well as bringing new tools to the BI community.
Cons – More open communication with employees would be welcomed.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep pursuing niche practices and provide even more formal training to your key resources.
