I have been working at Employment Enterprises as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Seasonal work available, also after normal business hours. Great staff helps coordinate with employees. Able to work in diverse settings and scenarios and meet interesting people.

    Cons

Sometimes only seasonal work is available, so can be difficult to find opportunities

    Pros

The permanent staff at Emploment Enterprises was friendly and outgoing and there was a low turnover there, so I didn't have to continuously reacquaint myself with my contacts there, unlike some agencies.

    Cons

Employment Enterprises shifted their marketing strategy and stopped pursuing positions for people with my specialties and similar talents, and focused on other areas.

    Advice to Management

Employment Enterprises should broaden the range of skills and services offered to fulfill the needs of government and military contractors, which will always have need for skilled employees for multi-year contracts.

    Pros

If commute is an issue and the location is a good for you, this may be a good place for you to work. Some employees have been there long term.

    Cons

Small, family owned company, limited options for growth and advancement.
