The company does huge efforts to give their employees the best work enviroment
The best company to work for in Venezuela without a doubt

Not clear career path
Training options depend on your supervisor
No leadership development programs where you can go across areas a functions on the company
Advice to Senior Management
Hang in there, the Chavez storm will pass and Polar will Last!!!
