Have to open doors for the full time position for the candidates who undergo internship or other training opportunity as they already have an idea about the company business.
Also have to make the job application procedure more easy to use and friendly.Advice to ManagementAdvice
The company has to diversity the portfolio of business, right now more focus is on charged off debt recovery, to increase market cap and growth in the future. The growth is stagnant and thus need to expand its business.
Encore has the potential for the growth. The company is mostly focus on debt management and recovery solution mostly for the charged off debt.
I think to expand the business the corporation has to expand business into the real estate/property financing. This will add diversity and benefit for the company and increases the market cap. (Which is nearly same for since Nov 2013 to Feb2014)RecommendsNegative OutlookApproves of CEO
