Current Employee – been working at Encore Unlimited full-time for less than a year
Pros – Good Pay and Promotions given when they are deserved
Supportive staff - but not going to tell you what to do on a daily basis
Encourage personal growth/Supportive of personal growth
Cons – Sometimes there aren't good connections from employee to employee due to working in different areas
Advice to Senior Management – Work on connecting employees whether it be more trainings/meetings
Try to offer a stronger development/training program for new staff members
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Current Employee – been working at Encore Unlimited
Pros – Able to work independently without being micro managed.
Cons – No ongoing educational opportunities are provided.
Employees do not get paid for staff meetings or travel time to meetings, which can be a lengthy distance.
Reimbursements for cell phone usage and internet usage for the company are very minimal.
Does not have a people friendly environment.
Supervisors are not supportive.
Employees do not get paid breaks of any kind.
Employees must secure their own work/accounts.
Advice to Senior Management – Include staff in company changes and provide a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
Reimburse employees at a reasonable rate for expenses they incur for internet and cell phone usage.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Current Employee – been working at Encore Unlimited
Pros – The pay is good if you're a hard worker and bring repeat business. Management does not micromanage.
Cons – Little to no feedback between yearly reviews on performance. Few educational opportunities. Little opportunity for advancement in the company, they often hire from outside instead of promoting from within.
Advice to Senior Management – Work on developing your employees. Offer tuition reimbursement and provide educational opportunities for growth and development.
