    Pros

Big company with great familiar benefits. Safe company in periods of crisis, thing that can afford you to maintain your work despite the lack of investment

I worked at Endesa S.A. as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Flexibility: time to study or do your own projects.
Direct boss feedback: always talk to you about your goals and activities, well treat.

    Cons

Al least in my section, is was difficult to get a promotion because nobody is fired or promote. They always stay in their jobs.

After one or two months, the job turn into a routine.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reconsider a new internship program. Sometimes I felt that nobody in HR cares about interns.
