Good overall development over heterogeneous landscape not only within Spain but also over Italy, Europe and Latam to get by.
Cons
The staticity of some of the projects involving the core bussiness leads to delays in the implementation and is a drawback to the clients.
Advice to Senior Management
Turn the company into a more dynamic and eficient one by investing into the best professionals all over the world.

Personal challenge, opportunity make contributions business growth, personal development, capacitaciòn.
Cons
The main disadvantage is caused by the strong presence of people who fails to comply with the proper skills, are promoted over those who are hidden talents within the organization, whose achievements are recognized for others who do not have any mèrit.

Manage intelligently talent for proper protection and promociòn in the interest of the organization and its owners.
