I worked at Endo Pharmaceuticals as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

Smart people with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Relatively collaborative environment. Before divestiture, Endo boasted a diverse portfolio of drugs, devices, lab business, and technologies. There was a lot of potential for this organization before new management took over.

    Cons

Endo has gone through several transitions across the last couple of years including management changes as well as divestitures. The move from Chadds Ford to Malvern was exciting until several groups were dissolved.

I have been working at Endo Pharmaceuticals full-time

    Pros

Salary is competitive; benefits are mediocre. Generous vacation if you can actually take it.

    Cons

Company is in transition. Going through growth spurts while expectations for a depleted staff is constantly increasing. More layoffs to come. Company will eventually be sold with everyone being put out on the street and the executive team sailing off with their multi-million dollar chutes. Latest town hall from the CEOs mouth: "you are naive if you think you will work here for the rest of your life."

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show you actually care about and appreciate the employees. The word is out on the street that you are cold and heartless. If that doesn't bother you, please do the rest of us a favor and just leave while you are still somewhat respected.

I worked at Endo Pharmaceuticals full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

If you like you're sales manager(s), (which I did), this was a great place to work. Some of the best sales reps I have ever met worked here. Learned allot about pain management that helped me later in a new position.

    Cons

Fear of layoffs............................constantly. Managed care is always a tricky issue. Nothing in the pipeline, everything has gone generic. When we became a "device" company the writing was on the wall for the pharmaceutical side.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

What happened to our pipeline? :(

    Pros

Opportunity to work with people from diverse Philly area Pharma companies. Generally pay well

    Cons

New management team cares little about employee morale. Considers everyone replaceable, especially if they are highly experienced (read that as "highly paid")

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This isn't Valeant and you will lose some good people with the callous attitude. BTW, Dave Holveck is no longer CEO, now is Rajiv De Silva.

    Pros

I can say this with more than confidence, there is nothing here!!!!!

    Cons

DOOOOO NOT! work here!!!! if you work here only thing you going to do is regret everyday that you got hired. This company is overrated can't believe this is pharmaceuticals industry. Packaging is the worse area to get hired in, bad management and rude line leads that think they can speak to you how ever they feel.

    Pros

Share price, surrounded by other slaves

    Cons

Dictators run the company. Back stabbers, no work life balance, self centered management, take short cuts, you get the picture! Stay away from this Company...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
