ProsSome of the best reasons to work here are the endless supply of snacks, drinks, etc. Seems as though there are a great deal of harmony throughout the office.

ConsThe down side is it seems as though things are always changing within the growth they are experiencing and loosing touch with the individuals

Advice to Senior ManagementGet to know who your good employees are and take care of them. Compensation should be based on contributions not on geographical areas.

ProsYoung growing company for starting in sales.

ConsThere is no opportunity for you unless you are part of the fraternity of executive managers that have been there forever. You have Sales Managers that tweak the quotas of their "friends" so they can make more money yet, those that need help developing a territory are screwed if you are not part of the cliq.

The CEO has absolutely no clue what happens in the company, the path Directory thinks he is the next thing since sliced bread and looks for unrealistic ways to promote his business unit. The word around in case you don't want to believe it is that they are growing the company to a point where it is salable, once they can sell it, the Fraternity is all taken care of and the frontline screwed.

Advice to Senior ManagementNot everything is about money, and it sure isn't about your friends. Listen to the front line they are the ones breaking their backs day in and day out. Your managers only know about blaming someone else. That! is not CHIE!

ProsUp and coming company. Still early stage, but showing lots of potential. If you have the right personality profile, you can get into the medical device field here with far less experience than you would be able to start at a larger company.

ConsYou will have to be willing to wear a lot of hats, roll up sleeve, get your hands dirty, etc.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to be selective in hiring so that the culture stays as it is. Bureaucrats and malcontents can kill the good thing you've got going.
