    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Summer hours allow you to leave 2 hours early on Friday Free fruit from the fruit basket Fee tea Opportunity to work on big projects Some good co-workers

    Cons

Poor management Poor compensation Failure is accepted, success is ignored Hard to get a promotion or recognized Management is hired based on who they know, not skills Very technically helpless, contracts everything out and clueless cheap Circular workflow, people just talk about the same stuff every meeting and accomplish little in between

    Advice to Management

Give technically savvy people authority to make decisions, avoid "group think", give credit when credit is due, hire and pay skilled people, don't contract everything out without internal knowledge of what your are buying, take care of your facilities or admit they are losses.

I have been working at Enel Green Power full-time

    Pros

One of the best things about working for Enel is the international experience and multi-cultural atmosphere.

    Cons

Upper management does not recognize hard work and achievements. The company as a whole does not do a good job at taking care of it's employees or making them happy.

    Advice to Management

Bottom line should not be the sole focus of the company.
