Professional culture; great learning opportunites; trusted with many responsibilities; hands-on experience.

There were not any current openings when I was starting my career.

Good managers, good benefits, excellent opportunities to grow, professional coworkers, excellent working hours. excellent support and communication. excellent flex working hours.

low salary, workloads very heavy, too many responsabilities, not enough time to complete the daily work. always behind no matter how hard people work.

People are friendly and somewhat helpful depending upon the issue. Middle management is able to provide guidance and feed back

Need to update job training and not just had them a book and say here you go. People need to be more helpful with new employees on dealing with issues and giving guidance to them.

They need to treat new employees as and asset and not just a tool ti disgard after they are used

management is confused and cannot plan more than one week ahead, most departments are understaffed, questionable decisions are being made regarding FDA regulated products, large discrepancy in compensation levels, result is very low morale and lots of turnover

focus on making quality products, not just getting out the numbers. find qualified people and compensate them fairly (this will reduce waste), focus on long-range planning to increase efficiency, communicate decisions more effectively, drop the "in crowd" mentality

Focus on acquisition rather than building current brands

Everyone is very respectful of each each other.
Level of professionalism is high, as is the level of cooperation.
People there like each other.

Managbement can be set in its ways and is stubborn about changing.
Recent changes in the category have lead to restructuring that has outplaced some excellent employees.
Company has a policy of not allowing outplaced employees to return regardless of their performance while at Energizer.
Comapny is overly secretive.

Rescind ban on bringing back former employees, especially those who were good workers and outplaced through no fault of thier own.

Performance does not matter, just need to show that you are aligned to get promoted.

People are incompetent and not receptive to change.

Was part of the team where average tenure length was 15 years. Members were ossified their job functions. Stability

No body got promoted in five years that I was there. I was last to be hired and first to leave after five years. Others had been there for at least 10 years. They did the same job year after year. I did see other people get promoted in other teams. But that did not happen in my team. There was no work life balance. The things were so bad that boss use to come four PM on Friday evenings to tell us that we had to work that weekend. He did not blink an eye telling us about it either. For Chirstmas used to take the team to Taco Bell for lunch...
