Pros

Decent Benefits. Great IT support.

Cons

Lack of communication. The corporate leadership in St. Louis often makes deciscions without realizing the effect they may have at the regional locations.

Advice to Senior Management

Batteries and Razor Blades are easy. The Personal Care Division is heavily regulated by the FDA. Energizer needs to understand the implications of making major policy changes, such as SAP integration, in an FDA regulated business. Morale is extremely low in the Personal Care Division at this time. The salaries in this division should be standardized to the rest of the company, and the organization of the division needs to be reviewed,

Good corporate experience - good opportunities to further education.

Cons

Pay is not adequate for the amount of work. Reviews and promotions are more politically based than performance based.

Listen to the employees.
